Strengthening Mental Health and Wellbeing
Based on the latest research, participants will develop knowledge of mental health, distress and illness; understand the impact of whole-of-life wellbeing on mental health; and gain knowledge on how to build resilience. Participants will also reflect on their own wellbeing and build a plan to help them realise their potential through strengthened personal wellbeing and resilience.
Supporting Mental Health and Wellbeing in the Workplace
From understanding the building blocks of personal wellbeing, to how to recognise and have conversations about changes in other’s mental health, participants will learn how to create a supportive, safe working environment for wellbeing. Evidence-based ways to better support and empower their workforce to improve their own wellbeing and support that of their teams will be provided.
Understanding and Challenging Bias in the Workplace
Framed using the latest research in implicit bias and social science, this workshop offers evidence-based, practical tools to understand and mitigate the influence of bias at work. In an interactive, empowering programme, participants will gain not only insights into the impact of their own bias, but leave feeling empowered to be a stronger ally for others. The aim is for participants to be able to turn their good intentions and values into action to create inclusive environments that embrace diversity.
