Contact us
How much time do I need to commit?

A minimum of one session per week, however, we recommned that the more you offer the more chance of you getting bookings. It is important to keep your calendar up to date as bookings are considered confirmed through our booking system. Our provider portal allows you to set up a calendar sync and makes calendar and appointment management easy.

How does payment work?

We have a matrix used to determine the session rate for your contract with ignite. You invoice us monthly for the sessions you have carried out booked through ignite and we pay you by the 25th of the following month. It's as easy as that!

Do I need to be GST registered?

No, that is up to you. If you are GST registered, you would add this to your invoice along with your GST number, but it is not a requirement from us for you to be registered.

Do I need to submit reports?

No. The services provided by ignite are confidential and no reporting is required from you. On occasions there may be an exception to this for a specific service, however, you would be made aware of this if it were the case.

Can I offer only video sessions or do I need to provide in-person support?

You can only offer video sessions, however, being able to offer in-person sessions is appreciated where possible as there is a demand for this.

What qualifications do I need?

If you are a registred health professional, you require an annual practising certifcate. If you are not a health professional, we will ask for evidence of your qualifications in your chosen field, and which professional body you belong to. As a guideline we are generally looking for a minimum of degree level education, an evidence base around mental health and wellbeing and a professional body membership that provides ethical guidelines and ongoing professional development.

Do I need insurance?

Yes, you must hold indemnity insurance.
